Due to COVID-19 and the spread of the coronavirus, our policy won’t allow us to give a refund, compensate, or exchange merchandise/products that’s been tampered with, has a missing label, or worn for an extended amount of time. What is the On-Site Wig Class Policy?
Yoli Opulence has a strict cash only policy on Final Payments (Remaining Balance) for Onsite Hands-On classes.
Your initial deposit is paid via PayPal if purchasing via Event Brite or Square if purchasing on this site and the remaining balance for classes MUST BE PAID IN CASH !! NO EXCEPTION
Deposits for classes are NON-REFUNDABLE. In the event that you may not make it to your class scheduled, please notify Yoli Opulence 24 hours in advance VIA EMAIL ONLY and your deposit will be credited to your next class in the same month in which the class was registered.
For example, if you register for a class in January and need to reschedule, then you have until the end of January to reschedule or your deposit will be forfeited.

Payments are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another class.
